Mohamed, a French entrepreneur of Moroccan origin, and his wife, born and raised in Fez, share an unwavering passion for their culture’s rich flavors. His wife, having learned the art of Moroccan cooking from her mother—a renowned chef in Fez—brings an authentic and time-honored touch to our kitchen.
After visiting Dubai multiple times, the couple fell in love with its energy, diversity, and appreciation for world-class dining. Inspired by the city's vibrance, they set out to create something truly special—an elevated yet authentic Moroccan dining experience in the heart of Marsa Al Seef.
Here, we blend tradition with innovation, crafting dishes that celebrate the deep-rooted flavors of Morocco while introducing a fresh, modern approach.
